The Lodges of the Northern Big Horn Mountains Hiring for Front Desk, Servers, Experienced Line Cooks, Housekeeping Staff, Maintenance, Dishwasher/Floaters, Bartenders. at Dayton, Wyoming Full Time

Experience living and working in the beautiful Northern Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming.   Positions available NOW and for the summer and year-round to qualified individuals.     

We are hiring for the rest of the winter 2022 season, summer 2022, and year-round positions.  As we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, we are working to make sure we have proper safety protocols in place.  The health and safety of our employees and our guests remain our top priority.  We will continue to make decisions based on ongoing guidance from government and medical officials. 

Hospitality positions available include:  Front Desk, Servers, Housekeeping Staff, Maintenance, Dishwashers / Prep, Experienced Line Cooks, Bartenders, and some may be classified as a “Floater” – working in more than one area as needed.  Salary plus Room & Board

Line Cooks: Qualified applicants should enjoy being busy and be experienced and strong on the line, able to suggest creative specials, plus work with employee meals.   

Housekeeping Staff: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming guest rooms and other public areas including corridors, entryways, stairways and elevator, making sure they meet hotel standards; changing linens, making beds, inspecting rooms and completing maintenance work orders for any needed repairs; performing other functions such as flipping mattresses in guest rooms monthly, properly cleaning and maintaining housekeeping equipment and more.

Maintenance: Duties will include general labor, building maintenance, repairing or replacing items around the lodge and in guest rooms; assisting management in achieving and maintaining an outstanding interior and exterior; experience in carpentry, septic tanks, electrical, water, plumbing, pools, kitchen equipment, etc.. preferred. This position can be physically demanding and requires the physical ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, shovel snow, etc… Current / Valid Drivers License required.

Front Desk Staff:  Must be able to multi-task. Front Desk is the main hub and tends to be very busy. Good front desk appearance -first and last impression position. Phone skills, good handwriting, computer reservations and busy hotel or resort front desk experience preferred.  Cash Register.  Stocking shelves: maintain cleanliness and stock coolers and shelves.  Liaison with Management, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and other staff as necessary.  Able to deal with walk-in reports of accidents.  Security @ Closing.  Able to work AM and PM shifts.
