Key Responsibilities:
Ensures efficient order fulfillment and responds to phone calls and counter calls.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Review and apply best work practices.
Focus its activities on the sale and incentive promotion of gas and welding products.
Ensures the proper appearance of the branch by maintaining order in the displays, lining shelves and ensuring overall cleanliness of the premises.
Process cash, credit card sales and validate invoices.
Make bank deposits and daily cash reconciliations.
Complete daily reports.
Ensures branch inventory control and management of excess inventory.
Responsible for shipping and receiving orders from customers and for inter-station transfers.
Ensure that the count of the bottles at the end of each day matches the count of the transactions.
Use your knowledge of welding and applications to ensure that Praxair products adequately meet the needs of each customer.
Provide assistance to Territory Managers on client service as required.
Education:
College diploma in administration, marketing or in a sector related to the sale and distribution of industrial products.
Experience:
2-4 years of sales and customer service experience.
Experience in welding is an asset.
Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Functional bilingualism.
Good knowledge of computer tools.
