The Lexington at Jackson Hole Hiring for Front Desk/Guest Service at Jackson, Wyoming Full Time

We are a 91-room, customer-focused, very busy, family-owned hotel in downtown Jackson Hole, Wyoming. 

We are looking for an extremely detailed oriented, organized, friendly person to be part of our Front Desk / Guest Services team.

Job duties include (but are not limited to):

• Interact with guests in person and over the phone
• Be super friendly and put our guests’ needs foremost
• Be able to juggle a multitude of tasks at the same time
• Get all tasks accomplished while constantly maintaining a guest focus
• Be pleasant and friendly and helpful to our guests at all times
• Check ins and check outs
• Take and enter Telephone reservations
• Concierge services
• Balance cash and CC reports
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, holidays and occasionally an overnight audit shift
• Help with lots of special projects at the hotel (we are relatively small and we all wear many hats)
• Help drive airport shuttle bus (must have a good driving record)
• We help in all departments of the hotel

Housing is available:

Our housing currently available is studio apartments. with 2 employees per studio. $550.00 per person per month plus 1/2 electric

At times, one room in a 2 bedroom apartment, right in town becomes available.  The other bedroom will be another hotel employee. Rent is $650.00 per person and 1/2 the electric utilities – an Amazing deal by Jackson standards.
