Main Responsibilities:

Short ad

– Experience in a self-accounting hotel

– The Finance Assistant will be a key role in the team covering most aspects of day to day and periodic requirements using their knowledge of both Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet processes

About the role

– Assist the financial controller in all periodic reporting

– Ensuring internal control procedures are adhered to covering all activities of the department and the hotel

– Responsible for AR and IA

– Daily revenues

– Food and Beverage review and analysis

– UK bank reconciliations

– Balance sheet work

– Assist with ad-hoc projects or tasks and other duties as required by the Finance Department

– Production of Management Information as required by Senior Management

Access Dimensions, Protel, Legend, Dot Pos, 3C, Premier Spa, Excel

Candidate criteria:

The ideal candidate will have a strong experience of income audit within a multi departmental hospitality business and must have had experience working in a self-accounting environment.
