Planning Lawyer Salary: £50 – 55 per hour umbrella (Locum / Interim) Location: South East Working: Remote / Part-time (10-15 hours per week) About the Planning Lawyer Role: Sellick Partnership are proud to be working a fantastic public sector organisation in the South East who are looking to recruit a part time planning lawyer 10 – 15 hours per week on an initial 3 month basis with the strong likelihood of extension. Key Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer role: A highly reputable Local Authority in the South East is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their friendly team on a shared service arrangement for an initial 3 – 6 Month period with the view for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a supportive team on a part time basis 10-15 hours per week working alongside another role. The Planning Lawyer would ideally have the following characteristics; * Manage your own caseload of the more complex and high profile planning and highway matters * Able to work autonomously on your own matters; in particular schedule 106 agreements * To continue to build relationships with existing clients and also seek out avenues for building on new business for the service The role will be a remote working arrangement besides the induction on the first day.
