THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their specialist personal injury team. The appointed Paralegal will support solicitors in handling cases, preparing for hearings and meetings. The successful candidate will be required to proactively litigate cases under supervision where liability is in dispute or when the pre-issue settlement is not possible. This role is an excellent opportunity and will provide the successful Paralegal with the chance to gain valuable experience from talented professionals in the area of Personal Injury law.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is best suited to candidates with a minimum of 6 months’ previous experience in Personal Injury work, excellent rapport building skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. Paralegals are expected to have experience or have a good theoretical understanding of legal issues, focusing on high-value serious injury cases from beginning to end. The successful candidate will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
