Locum Senior Planning and Litigation Lawyer South East / Part time 3 -4 days per week £55-60 per hour Locum Senior Planning and Litigation Lawyer is required to join a local authority in the South East for a period of 3 months initially for 3-4 days per week. This role also has scope to be outside IR35. The successful Senior Planning and Litigation Lawyer will mainly be undertaking S106 agreements, planning enforcement, judicial reviews and planning appeals. There is no planning committee required for the role. Office attendance is not required but the occassional office attendance may be required should a client request this.
