Locum Projects & Regeneration Lawyer £55-65 DOE Our client is looking for a qualified Lawyer, Barrister/Solicitor or CiLex to join them to handle a full and diverse caseload of major projects and regeneration. The caseload consists of a wide range of high-profile development projects, including new office space, a new railway branch and city centre regeneration. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up agreements and the required land acquisitions. The role will suit someone who can build good working relationships with the client departments and work with minimal supervision. It would also be an advantage to have some understanding of governance and how this has an impact on the projects being managed.
