COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – ESSEX Commercial Property Solicitor – We are seeking a Solicitor with experience in commercial property to join a substantial and well established firm in their Essex office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years PQE up to a more senior level, with a motivated and ambitious outlook and a solid grounding in commercial property. We would also be happy to hear from candidates with expertise in commercial litigation. The candidate would have experience in the following matters: * Acting for individuals and businesses in the sale and purchase of businesses * Acting for landlord’s in granting new leases and tenants in taking new leases; * Acting for buyers and sellers of commercial property; * Advising upon personal guarantees / bank guarantees / loan documents / commercial mortgages / fixed and floating charges Progression within the firm is promising, with the opportunity of taking over as Head of Department in around the 5 year mark.
