The Legists Hiring for Commercial Legal Counsel at Oxfordshire Full Time

Commercial Legal Counsel Oxfordshire £65,000 – 80,000 per annum Commercial Legal Counsel is required to join an innovative organisation in the space and defence manufacturing sector. This gives you the opportunity to work in a unique organisation which is expanding the UK participation in the beyond earth economy. As the Commercial Legal Counsel, you will; * Be Commercially minded with experience working with sales teams and ability to explain complex legal matters across the internal stakeholders in the company * Have the ability to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contractual matters which include collaboration agreements within innovation and technology * Be experienced in drafting procurement tender specifications and evaluation criteria with knowledge of clauses and T&Cs * Have experience of supporting the contract management lifecycle * Have demonstrable experience in managing multiple technical projects including stage gates, risk management, impact analysis This Role offers you; * Excellent opportunity for you to work on providing legal support across their strategic projects and programme interventions * The ability to influence key stakeholders and work in a collaborative environment with an excellent culture * Be part of creating the foundations of an innovative culture with some life changing technology * Hybrid working This is an opportunity not to be missed so apply NOW to be considered.
