Commercial Contract Lawyer 20 Months Fixed Term Contract, view to extend £62,242 to £75,645 per annum + benefits Commercial Contract Lawyer is required to join a public sector organisaton on a fixed term contract basis for a period of 20 months with the view to extend. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialsed public sector organisation which solely focuses on transport and development projects withi the region. Their vision is to make the region the leading place to learn, live and work. This client has a small legal team of 4 and is looking at expanding their team. Having personally placed the majority of this legal team, they are a fantastic team to work for and you will gain invaluable experience with some niche projects. The organisation has set up a specific project team to deliver this project and as the Contract Lawyer, you will be reponsible for; * Providing legal advice on Energy Hub work with a specific focus on contracts and procurement * Contracts include grant funding agreements, data protection agreements/data sharing agreements and subsidy control both with providers and other local authorities.
