The Legacy School Hiring for Elementary Teacher (K-6) Full Time

The Legacy School is accepting resumes for a Full-Time K-2 Teacher for the 2022-2023 school year.

The Legacy School provides an excellent and affordable Christian private school education for students in Kindergarten to 4th grades through the use of a literature-rich and mastery-based curriculum with Direct Instruction. We are currently looking for friendly and competent Teachers to join our team. If you are a compassionate and self-motivated individual with a specific interest in education, we urge you to apply!

Responsibilities Include, but arenot limited to:

● Implementing the approved curriculum, proper pacing guides, lesson plans, and assessments for assigned courses.

● Working closely with other teammates to develop teaching skills.

● Participating in team planning meetings and professional development opportunities.

● Behave in a professional manner in verbal and nonverbal communications while following established guidelines.

● Promoting communication between parents and teammates to establish and maintain home-school connections.

● Assisting in providing opportunities for parental/guardian involvement within the school. _

● A love for teaching and the ability to build a trusting relationship with students, staff, and parents.
