Role Overview:

As the Social Media Marketing Manager at The Ledger Law Firm, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends to optimize our digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans aligned with the firm’s goals and objectives.
2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and moderation.
4. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and on key insights to stakeholders.
5. Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content creation, and legal departments, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
7. Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and industry professionals to amplify our reach and build brand advocacy.
8. Stay informed about relevant legal regulations and compliance requirements related to social media marketing in the legal industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and proficiency in data analysis to drive insights and decision-making.
