The Learning Experience – World Headquarters is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates
• Conduct video and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements :

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions with high-quality candidates
• Passion for creating a great candidate experience
