The Learning Experience Hiring for Remote Recruiter at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a skilled recruiter to join our team to identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying hiring needs, refreshing job positions, sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screens and interviews, and presenting candidates to management.

A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and keeps informed in best hiring practices. This is the position for you if you are a recruiter who can assess candidates’ skills, experience, relevant knowledge, and identify leads.

Job Duties

• Generate leads by sourcing applicants to fill open positions.
• Pre-screening and conduct interviews to present candidates to hiring decision makers for multiple locations.
• Identify and anticipate future hiring needs for several locations.
• Develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Refresh positions by need per location as needed.
• Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of position requirements.
• Stay current with best recruiting practices.
• Promote the company’s reputation and as an employment opportunity.

Recruiter Requirements

• The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Market positions and growing applicant pool
• Provide recruitment s to team managers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per year
