The Impact You’ll Have

We have almost doubled in size in the past year. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and onboard the best talent for our creative and client service teams.

This will be a 6-month fixed term contract with a view of going permanent.

Day to day

• Build talent pools for open and planned future roles
• Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with the end-to-end internal recruitment process
• Develop and implement creative approaches to uncover new or specific sources of talent, using recruitment sourcing techniques
• Work with Account Leads to understand future hiring needs, managing expectations and providing detailed updates to open roles
• Utilise data when providing regular updates for hiring teams
• Support in team projects and initiatives (salary benchmarking, internship programme)
• Ensure the ATS (Workable) is up-to-date, along with other administrative duties
• Work towards recruitment SLA’s

Requirements

• You have 1-3 years’ recruitment experience, either in an agency or internal environment
• Ideally worked across creative sectors – designers, developers, copywriters
• Passionate about providing the best possible candidate experience
• Worked in a high growth environment
• You are a good communicator
• You have strong organisational skills
• You act as a strong representative for the people operations team
• Used to working in a high pressure, fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
• Looking for someone who has the drive to go above and beyond and the agility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
