HR Trainee

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and talented HR Trainee to join our fabulous team at The Lanesborough hotel. If you are wanting to enter the world of HR in luxury hospitality, then The Lanesborough is the perfect place for you!

As HR Trainee you will be supporting the HR team with day-to-day administration, engagement initiatives as well as onboarding/offboarding of employees. There will be a particular focus on helping migrate staff information from our old HR system to the new one. You will be confident in communicating with, understanding and empathising with staff queries and concerns, working closely with all members of the HR team.

You are not expected to have previous HR experience, however, a common-sense proactive approach is required, with exemplary attention to detail and a willingness to learn – adapting to HR policies and procedures.
