The Kids Bay Learning Center, located in Carmel Valley is seeking to hire a Director for their preschool with a capacity of 169 children between the ages of infancy through five years. Beautiful, privately owned school with a neighborhood, community feel to it. Desired candidates will have had prior experience as either a Director or an Assistant Director of a preschool. The position requires the candidate to be knowledgeable in all state licensing requirements, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, proficient in managing a large staff and comfortable with the customer service needs of families. A degree in Child Development is preferred. Salary is negotiable and highly competitive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
