DIGITAL MARKETING/MEDIA ASSISTANT

This position requires 30-40 hours per week M-F

Compensation: $20-$25 /hour DOE

Pay is based on experience. We are interviewing now and we are looking to hire for this position right away.

This entry-level position will assist in implementing a digital marketing strategy for our Real Estate team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Writing content for social media, newsletters, social ads, etc.
• Manage daily social media posts and engage with users
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, postcards, pitch books, etc.)
• Create and manage marketing campaigns for Social Media (Facebook, Pinterest, Linked In, Instagram)
• Editing video and photography content for social media
• Takes initiative and can complete work without constant supervision
• Listen to directions and execute well
• Manage and update activity in CRM and maintain/pull excel sheets
• Assist in maintaining existing lead generation platforms
• Assist with running email marketing campaign and sending email blasts
• Promote all agency open houses, team events and new listings
• Provide and be able to explain analytics s
• Manage and implement social media advertising campaigns (google ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, SEO, and operate promotional campaigns)

Talents and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 year experience in digital marketing
• Real Estate Knowledge or Experience Preferred
• Social Media Management: 1-2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Social Media Marketing: 1-2 years (Preferred)
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Mainly Photoshop)
• Proficient in writing – must be detailed with spelling and grammar
• Ability to learn new programs, software, etc quickly
• Well-organized and team-oriented
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creativity in digital marketing.
• Ability to manage websites
• Create and optimize content, audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement across key social platforms.

Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to show examples of previous social media work + content writing (posts, newsletters, etc.)
• At least, High school diploma/GED.
• Marketing, Business, Communications or Graphic Design major is a plus
• Design, Photography, and Videography skills are a plus
• This position is NOT remote. Applicant must live near Mission Viejo, CA.
• Flexibility is critical and must be able to assist with other office duties when office manager is out.
