Title: Director of Sales

Location: Greater Phoenix, Arizona Area

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Salary: $125K- $140K DOE

We are supporting a well-established, national company based in Scottsdale looking to bring on a Sales Director to their team. This will be an individual contributor role while also overseeing, and helping build, a small team. *** MUST have prior IP Voice, UCaaS/Cloud PBX, and/or CCaaS/Omnichannel software experience ***

Responsibilities:

– Hiring, training and development of Direct Inside Sales team. Managing individual team members to defined quotas.

– Development of Indirect Sales Channel, including identification of new producing Channel partners and nurturing existing Channel partners to obtain new business from them.

– Manage and attend trade shows, including tracking and ing on ROI of tradeshows.

– The negotiation process of sales and renewals as well as issue resolution for prospects and customers, including drafting communications, strategizing, reviewing cost analyses, and communicating with new and existing clients.
