The Keller Agency Hiring for NM Insurance Licensed Agency Manager Full Time

If you are working in a property and casualty insurance agency for more than 10 years and feel like you could run the day-to-day operations better than your current owner, then this might be for you. 50 + year Allstate Agency owner is approaching retirement and looking for an agency manager that would love to own their own business without all the financial responsibilities. Maybe you are just not ready or do not want for the financial obligations and commitments of an agency owner. If you know how to manage, recruit, and motivate people this position might be for you. Your role is to recruit, hire, and train insurance licensed customer service representatives and sales producers. You will have the freedom and responsibility to run your own agency without all the headaches of owning a business. Position requires 10 years’ experience and must have your NM property and casualty insurance license and your NM life and health license.

You will be able to motivate, hire, and train producers with your own style, and your incentive programs. These licensed sales positions have an opportunity to make 50-100,000 a year.

You will be compensated like an owner, with a strong base salary, quarterly bonuses, benefits, company matching retirement plan and commissions on all new business you produce. More than 70% of your business will come to you from our 3400 families asking for policies and referrals. You will also have first option to purchase and eventually take over the agency.
