Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, or any equivalent relevant combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Full Cycle Recruiting, general principles, applicant tracking system, sourcing solutions, social media platforms, staffing systems and tools, preferably in manufacturing
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
- ADP Workforce Now experience, particularly running reports
- ADP Recruiting Management software experience helpful (iCims)
- Use of Microsoft Teams and/or 8×8 phone app, and/or other phone skills
- Experience working with and maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
- Positive attitude, strong interviewing skills and candidate advocacy
- Union experience helpful
