Salary : $65,000.00 USD Annually – $75,000.00 USD Annually

Description : Judge Direct Placement is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor for a client in RI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain, with a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, managing a team of logistics coordinators, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities : Lead coordinate, logistics operations by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team’s success.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.Oversee and coordinate aspects of logistics operations.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Assist in inventory control : Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.

Vendor and Supplier Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status, delays, and other relevant information.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
