Primary Function
To support the mission, vision, and core values of Kenilworth School District No. 38. To perform duties and responsibilities associated with the teaching profession, those outlined in District 38 policies and procedures, and as are required by the Illinois School Code

Qualifications

• Current and Valid Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator Licensure (PEL) for assignment
• Ability to supervise, assess situations for safety concerns and exercise sound judgment in making decision regarding the safety and welfare of students
• Ability to maintain positive and productive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
• Ability to physically move about the school building and playground

Terms of Employment
This is an exempt position. Salary and work year as approved by the Kenilworth District No. 38 Board of Education and
Kenilworth Education Association.

Evaluation
Performance will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable State and local laws, board policies, and the District No.
38 Educator Evaluation Plan.
