GENERAL SUMMARY
This position provides support and assistance with the coordination of the financial accounting, reporting, and audit activities for international operations. This position also assists in the determination and evaluation of pricing of new and current JCR products and contract terms for consulting contracts. This position will work on teams supporting ongoing expansion of International business. Data visualization skills will be used to analyze financial results of all aspects of JCR’s business lines. This position will coordinate income tax accounting and reporting for international business.

Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assists in the preparation of Financial Statements of our foreign entities according to local GAAP and comparison with US GAAP. Manages the audits of these financial statements and preparation of tax returns.
- Incorporates international financial statements of JCR foreign entities into consolidated Enterprise accounting system and determine potential US GAAP adjustments needed from local GAAP and inter-company eliminations necessary.
- Prepares analyses on the profitability and strategic pricing of JCR products and services as directed by the Associate Director of Financial Operations.
- Uses data visualization to analyze business performance for JCR as requested.
- Assists in drafting and review of consulting contracts, including pricing, as needed to protect and maintain financial position of JCR.
- Assumes other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed within the Planning and Financial Affairs Department.
Qualifications:
SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. CPA preferred, but not required.
- 5-7 years of experience in international accounting. Knowledge in US GAAP required. Local GAAP in Asia/Pacific, Middle East, and South America and IFRS certification preferred.
- Must have excellent understanding of complex accounting areas such as translation of foreign currency transactions, revenue recognition and accounting for inter-company transactions.
- Knowledge of International tax statutory requirements a plus.
- Advanced computer literacy in using Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet accounting and related software. Knowledge of WorkDay Financial Systems operations preferred.
- Possesses strong analytical ability, including data visualization skills.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and formal communication abilities to interact effectively with executives and staff at all levels in the organization, and externally to vendors and clients.
