GENERAL SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in the proper staffing of the departments: will meet with members of management and identify job openings, will seek out qualified applicants and encourage them to apply for available positions. A Talent Acquisition Specialist will participate in and shorten the recruitment process from beginning to end; attract and retain quality candidates; coordinate and manage the recruitment activity flow; and assist to develop a superior workforce.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent; OR a relevant Associate’s Degree plus four years of related work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour
