We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Generalist for one of our large clients. This is a 12 month contract opportunity with permanent potential that is fully remote.

Job Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Generalist:

  • Source candidates using a variety of methods
  • Screen candidates and build a pipeline
  • Ensure data integrity
  • Schedule interviews and consult on offer details
  • Manage the pre-employment process

Job Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Generalist:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Master’s preferred)
  • Analytical and technical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • 2-3 years of high-volume experience
