Job Responsibilities for the Senior Field Recruiter:

  • Responsible for recruiting for distribution centers
  • Manage and oversee recruiters
  • Manage and open job posting on job boards and the website
  • Assist with Onsite walk-in interviews

Job Requirements for the Senior Field Recruiter:

  • Experience recruiting and pipelining for high volume positions
  • 3 or more years of experience in recruiting for a distribution or warehouse
