The Intersect Group is looking to hire an Accounting Assistant for immediate hire at a large global distribution company!
Job Responsibilities for the Accounting Assistant:
  • Responsible for invoices and some billing operations
  • Monitor and review daily electronic communication
  • Assist with contacting vendors in regards to invoices
  • Responsible for creating direct orders and adjusting information in the ERP
Job Requirements for the Accounting Assistant:
  • Must have Microsoft Office skills, basic Excel navigation
  • Outgoing and go-getter mentality that is eager to learn and grow
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Ability to manage more than one responsibility
