The International Fusion Corporation Hiring for Project Manager – Supply Chain & Operations at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Full Time

The International Fusion Corporation is seeking a dynamic project manager to play a pivotal role in our rapidly growing Hound Superfoods business. We are looking for an individual with a start-up mentality, hands-on approach, and a genuine eagerness to oversee and optimize our supply chain and operations in the food manufacturing sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of food production, storage and distribution.  

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead, design, and execute key supply chain and operational projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
2. Supply Chain Oversight: Evaluate and streamline the end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring efficient flow from raw material sourcing to end consumer.
3. Operational Efficiency: Identify and rectify bottlenecks in the production line, inventory management, and distribution processes.
4. Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers.
5. Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, ensuring continuity of operations.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, sales, and marketing to align operational strategies.
7. ing & Analysis: Provide regular updates on project progress, operational efficiencies, and KPI achievements.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in the food manufacturing space (preferably in the pet food manufacturing)

·        FMCG industry experience desired.

·        Proven experience in business operations coordination, project management or a similar role.

·        Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
