Project Management Office (PMO) at THE ICONIC

THE ICONIC Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading the projects, programs and portfolio of all initiatives at THE ICONIC. We support all teams across THE ICONIC to execute the business strategy, business cases and projects excellently. We provide efficient governance that enables transparency of our progress, risks, dependencies and everything else needed for efficient decision-making on an executive and project level. We strive to deliver a seamless and inspiring experience to all our stakeholders.

What You Will Do

ing to the Head of PMO, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing one of our most important projects, the agile delivery of our Order Warehouse Management System (OWMS) implementation at THE ICONIC. This role will work closely with multiple teams across multiple businesses and functions, including product, tech, finance, operations and customer service, to ensure continuous improvement in our processes, promote best practices across the organisation, and grow our team’s capabilities by coaching and mentoring team members.

• As a Senior Project Manager who is a natural collaborator and skilled influencer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing major projects of varying sizes and complexity. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to support their goals, providing strategic advice on project scope, schedule, budget, priorities, and risks.
• As a problem solver, you will remove roadblocks to support the project team in successfully resolving any complications that arise. You have a passion for continuous improvement opportunities and suggest improvements to the program.
• You are an expert in agile methodology with Scrum master certification and a deep understanding of agile. You monitor your projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress, risks, cost and quality whilst providing updates to the leadership team. You ensure the quality of all documents and data to ensure the project’s integrity and follow PMO ing requirements.
• In addition to your technical skills as a Senior Project Manager, you have excellent communication skills to lead change management initiatives and create effective project communication plans. You work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Finance Executives and other contributors to achieve project deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 7+ years of experience working as a Senior Project Manager with IT/engineering and business projects
• Certified in PMP/Prince2 methodologies and Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification and have experience leading Agile development teams using Industry best practices
• In depth knowledge of ITIL/Agile/Scrum/Kanban and other IT methodologies and frameworks
• Skilled at using project management software, e.g. MS-Project, and Smartsheet
• Strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills, collaborate, motivate and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
• Strong understanding of commercial risks and project financials and how these can influence client decisions
• Excellent at detail and ensure accuracy on project s
• Growth mindset and a committed approach to getting things done in a safe and pragmatic way.
• Be passionate about making a difference by helping evolve agile practices and mindset and embracing engineering practices to achieve delivery excellence.
• Ability to be hands-on to drive required outcomes.
