We use data analytics, data modelling and data forecasting to create a seamless customer experience, from suggesting sizes based on other brands you wear, to offering personalised product recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be leading a team of BI and analytics specialists to support THE ICONIC as a leader in the online retail space. You will be working across all internal and external data strategies to drive data driven decision making, data enablement and monetisation strategies.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong leadership skills, with a proven history of mentoring and managing a team (4+ years).
• Experience in SQL, data modelling, data analytics and data visualisation.
• Expertise crafting data and analysis into well-written content, and translating insights into decisions and actions that have a direct business impact
• Seek out opportunities to use data to drive business strategy
• Experience presenting findings to executive level stakeholders
• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to people from other fields or business stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management or other relevant technical field or equivalent work experience

Experience With The Following a Plus

• Experience in Looker or equivalent BI tools
• Experience with Python
• Google Analytics experience
• GCP experience
• Marketing Data Analytics Experience
• Web analytics/Product analytics experience
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools
• Retail Industry experience
