We are seeking an ambitious and energetic self-starter to join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Under the supervision of the HR Director, the Talent Acquisition Manager leads, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the Talent Acquisition department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the Company’s mission and talent strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager plans creative and proactive full-cycle recruitment and sourcing programs to attract talent to The ICEE Company. With the candidate experience at the forefront, this role serves as the cornerstone to ensuring our Talent Acquisition team meets and exceeds their talent hiring goals. S/he leads the implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of recruiting and selection tools and systems.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops sustainable talent acquisition and hiring best practices and strategies to identify the best new talent.
• Develops and executes strategies for identifying active and passive candidates, leveraging proactive sourcing methods and resources such as networking, cold calling, employee referrals, database searches, and career fairs.
• Ensures that all candidates are provided a positive candidate experience through written, verbal, and in-person communications and interactions.
• Develops, delivers, and maintains standardized full cycle recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency via process effectiveness.
• Makes data-based decisions that result in positive outcomes for the business.
• Builds and fosters a recruiting culture where every leader and team member is a recruiter.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing and recruiting.
• Administers or oversees the administration of Talent Acquisition programs including, but not limited to ATS systems, metrics, and policies.
• Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the Company’s talent management system. Provides action plans to address areas of opportunity.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in talent acquisition, and employment law; applies this knowledge to recommend changes in policy, practice, and resources.
• Oversees employee referral programs.
• Supports the recruiting team with candidate sourcing for open positions as needed.
• Designs, plans, and executes selection processes and tools.
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports. Partners with HR accordingly.
• Leads, mentors, and guides all members of the recruiting team.
• Attends career and college fairs, as needed.
• Performs other job duties as assigned by the Director.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of five years of recruiting experience required.
• Prior experience as a talent acquisition manager, or similar experience in an HR role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with HR systems (UltiPro preferred).
• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.

LOCATION: The ICEE Company Support Center – La Vergne, TN.
