Lewisham (2 days office-based, 3 days working from home), monthly travel to Havant

£38,700 – £48,060

Hyde is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner. Previous experience of direct sourcing candidates is essential.

Hyde Group is one of the UK’s largest housing providers, working across London, the South East, East Anglia and the East Midlands. With a turnover of £450m and 50,000 homes under management, Hyde provides services to more than 100,000 customers. The Internal Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for supporting Hyde’s Property Services Directorate.

This is a 360-recruitment role (with no business development) where you are required to source 100% of your roles proactively using CV databases and LinkedIn Recruiter. Hyde does not use recruitment agencies to support recruitment.

Typical roles to be recruited include Multi Traders, Electricians, Gas Engineers, Surveyors, Contract Managers, Administrators & Customer Services.

Typical locations to be recruited include Lewisham, Havant, Brighton & Chichester.

Key Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Partner

• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of recruitment for property services.
• Personal responsibility for the direct recruitment of trades and non-trades staff for property services.
• Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensure process is followed.
• Act as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.
• Use LinkedIn and social media channels to proactively promote career opportunities at Hyde.
• Influence, coach and advise hiring managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes.
• Deliver recruitment services within agreed key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Operate as an expert in industry best practice, monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise standards.
• Search CV databases to proactively source candidates directly to promote opportunities at Hyde.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to directly source candidates in remote locations
• Volume recruitment managing at least 15-20 campaigns simultaneously
• The ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships
• Be able to deliver to challenging KPI’s
