We are looking to recruit a Reward / HR Administrator.

As a Reward / HR Administrator you will provide efficient, flexible and professional administrative support to the HR department, in particular the Reward Team, HR Director and HR Senior Leadership Team in order to facilitate smooth running of the department in line with stated objectives.
Duties of a Reward / HR Administrator
Provide efficient support to the Reward team ensuring a proactive, responsive and high standard of service is provided to all customers.
General tasks include:
Maintain, manage and process relevant data in a systematic way, with proficient use of MS Office packages including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Act as the HR department superuser for nominated systems, for example, iSave and the HR Hub portal
Schedule and run standard reports for the HR department from the HR/Payroll system, iTrent.
Work in collaboration with the HR department to ensure information and messages are consistently delivered and high standard of service is provided to all customers.
Provide Reward related information to the wider HR team, ensuring they are kept up-to-date with changes
Develop awareness of standard information relating to HR in order to deal and respond accurately to any customer queries and provide
The successful candidate will have experience in Invoice reconciliation, Data Analysis, Excel VLookup and have strong numeracy skills.
