We are recruiting for a HR Advisor.

As a HR Advisor, you will deliver a professional HR Advisory service to business managers across The Hyde Group, providing expert advice and support to in order to reduce, mitigate and alleviate any employment issues arising.

Duties of a HR Advisor:

• Proactively manage ER casework
• Handling employment issues ensuring compliance with legislation
• Supporting change programme – Restructures, TUPEs etc
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders
• Recruitment/exit interviews, policy interpretation and HR training and advice
• Supporting the HR Business Partners in raising and promoting the profile of the HR function

Candidates must have previous experience at HR Advisor level, working in a fast-paced and complex environment. You will also need to be flexible travelling to various Hyde offices around Greater London when required.
