ROLE SUMMARY

The h. wood Group is looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience in the Hospitality industry, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. This position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of Full Cycle Recruiting in Hospitality or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with or the ability to learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Excellent communication skills, high level of confidentiality, strong follow through.
• Extremely proactive, with the ability to multitask and handle a heavy workflow.
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, corporate environment.
• Spanish/English bilingual highly preferred.
