Utilising key workforce information and data, the post-holder will work with the Heads of Departments to understand current and future workforce requirements in order to support the development of and implementation of the Firm’s recruitment strategy to meet the needs of the Firm’s continued growth.
The post-holder will also develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, from the point of first contact through to the end of the Firm’s probation process. The post-holder will be responsible for providing a “best-in-class” induction process to ensure that candidates who are hired are smoothly integrated into the Firm and work with the Heads of Department to ensure the new employee’s performance is closely monitored in the first six months of their employment.
This is a demanding, target driven role that will require someone with enthusiasm to identify, source, recruit and integrate the best talent available into the Firm.
