Job purpose/ Summary
SKILLS NEEDED You will need: * Office administration experience * Experience of note taking * Good MS Office skills * Good customer service skills * Good standard of verbal, written and interpersonal skills You will need to have GCSE qualifications including English and Maths at Grade C / 4 and above
WORKING HOURS Working pattern to be agreed with the line manager.
HOURLY RATE National Minimum Wage
ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
1. On the job training, support from manager. Training in time management and prioritisation.
2. On the job with manager and team. Workshops on communication skills.
3. Local induction, core skills training.
Training on systems relevant to their role.
Training in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Minute taking if working required.
4. Employability training: CV writing, application and interview skills
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term
Salary: £4.62-£8.91 per hour
