About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with other business units, this role is responsible for the preparation of accounts receivable, income processing and maintenance of financial and other records. It also assists the Finance Manager with the Fixed Asset Register and annual budget preparation.

Role responsibilities include:

• Reconciliation of bank accounts, company credit cards and General Ledger accounts
• Processing of campaign & third party platform files and direct deposits in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
• Ensure the CRM supporter database is correct, by proactively seeking answers to questions and offering of solutions to enable the CRM to be our single source of truth
• Seek out ways with a focus on solutions, to improve Supporter based systems, such as but not limited to, donation processing, Regular Giving program management

About you

To be successful in the role you will ideally have;

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or equivalent level of experience
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Previous experience in the use of online payment systems and bank merchant services.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM – Dynamic), with an advanced skill level in MS Excel
• Sound knowledge of various accounting & CRM software
• Significant experience in a similar role within corporate finance
