Responsibilities:

• Liaise with auditors
• Review financial statements
• Prepare regulatory filings (EDGAR, N-CSR, N-MFP, N-PORT, N-CEN)
• Provide users with financial data such as portfolio management, marketing and shareholder communications, corporate accounting, fund treasury management, and information from international and domestic regulatory bodies and business trade associations
• Reconcile audit notes
• Generate reports for the Trustees’ Board
• Create production schedules for each cycle of the audit process

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience accounting for Mutual Funds
• Strong systems skills
• Understanding of multi-class, derivative, and foreign currency accounting
• Lipper, Bloomberg
• Understanding of Mutual Fund industry and EDGARLink applications
• Excellent networking, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
