As a Senior Living Inside Sales Account Executive, you will play a vital role in our company’s growth by generating sales leads, conducting phone consultations, and guiding potential residents through the decision-making process. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist seniors and their families in finding the ideal senior living community that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and qualify potential residents through phone consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing personalized guidance and addressing their concerns or questions.
• Present and promote our senior living communities, highlighting the features, amenities, and benefits to potential residents and their families.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand each prospect’s requirements and match them with the most suitable senior living options.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing relevant information and nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives that drive lead generation and conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a high level of motivation and resilience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inside sales or a related role, preferably in the senior living industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with seniors and their families on a personal level.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and empathize with potential residents’ needs.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as required.
