Essential Job Functions

• Scheduling and confirming install/removal dates with Kiosk Techs via phone and email
• Heavy Excel and Google Sheets activity to maintain the deployment schedule
• Building weekly installed location end date s
• Coordinating and shipping installation materials to Field Employees
• Using K2 to guide and assist FSRs with remote installation
• Survey processing
• Subcontractor project management
• Verify inventory information
• Help implement new processes
• Prepare s
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 – 3 years logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent supply chain experience)

Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
• Organizational skills

Hourly Range: $22 – $24

Job Type: Full-time
