We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our People and OD Team at Hillingdon. It is an exciting time to join us following the appointment of a number of key additional posts within the team to drive forward the Trust’s new People Strategy. Your focus will be on understanding the strategic and operational people issues in your areas of responsibility, and on facilitating and implementing the expert solutions required to achieve the objectives in those areas. In facilitating solutions, you will work closely with the expert functions across People & OD, including the Employee Relations team, Recruitment, Medical Staffing, Temporary Staffing, Workforce Information and Learning and OD.

We would love to hear from you if you are a proactive HR professional able to demonstrate a clear track record for delivering best practice both operationally and strategically within a large organisation. You will need to demonstrate the ability to engage proactively and with credibility with stakeholders, analysing data from a range or sources to understand issues. An ability to think flexibly and facilitate and implement solutions to meet challenges and opportunities faced by our workforce.

The P&OD team are based at Mount Vernon hospital site and this role will be worked on a hybrid basis with home and on site working. The postholder will be required to work flexibly across the Mount Vernon and Hillingdon Hospital sites.
