The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch Hiring for Sous Chef at Wyoming Full Time

Join our team for the 2022 Season starting March 27 through the first week of November.

The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch located in Shell, Wyoming – East of Cody and Yellowstone National Park is mostly adult oriented, small upscale guest ranch limited to around 24 guests weekly. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our 2022 team. Our ideal candidate is experienced, a self-starter, team player, is honest with a lot of integrity and is hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Assist and help our chef to prepare all meals
• Prepare and set out ingredients to be used throughout the day
• Label, stock and inventory all ingredients
• Follow recipes and prepare dishes
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
• Help prepare and clean-up kitchen
• Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness and organization
• Wash dishes when necessary

Qualifications

• Experience working as prep cook or similar role
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Good verbal communication skills
• Work well independently as a part of high functioning team

The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch is an all-inclusive, upscale riding and horsemanship guest ranch limited to approx. 24 guests weekly with a 6-night stay.
