The Health Care Group Ltd Hiring for Admin Assistant at Sutton Full Time

• Answering telephones, arranging meetings with staff, clients and other professionals
• Support with HR and requirement of existing staff and new staff, ensure staff are complying with CQC guidelines
• Dealing with general admin queries, placing orders, liaising with our suppliers when required.

Requirements:

• Must be able to have DBS or be willing to obtain one
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Be punctual, professional and have good interpersonal skills
• Be able to learn new systems and operational software applications. Therefore IT literate is important

This role is for someone who is at college or university and someone looking to gain admin experience within the care setting industry with a small growing team. We are open for applications so please apply within and send your CVs
