The Schools (which refers to Haberdashers’ Boys’ School and Haberdashers’ Girls’

Role: HR Partner
Reporting to: Head of HR
Overview: To deliver a comprehensive and high-quality HR Service at either School.
Developing effective and constructive working relationships with all staff in
the delivery of tailored HR Service. Proactively identifying and resolving
any people issues, whilst coaching and upskilling leaders.
In conjunction with the Head of HR formulate and implement people and
organisation strategies and plans to ensure we are ‘the best place to
learn, teach and work’.
In addition to partnering with a specific school, the HR Partner will play a
key role on ‘all Schools’ HR projects or processes to drive people and
organisational improvements such as recruitment, employee engagement,
safer recruitment, ED&I and or compensation and benefits.
Hours: This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. You are
required to work such hours as are reasonably necessary for the proper
performance of your duties.
Salary: Up to £49,938, 12% pension contribution, 40 days holidays inc bank
holidays plus other benefits.

All staff are required to attend the relevant INSET days throughout the academic year.
