Are you enthusiastic about caring for guests’ comfort while creating memories that last a lifetime? The Grand Hotel is a 3-diamond hotel with 121 standard and deluxe guest rooms and is located in Tusayan, Arizona – only one mile from the south entrance of Grand Canyon National Park!

Our luxurious hotel offers an indoor heated swimming pool and spa and fitness center. The hotel is open year-round with a peak season between April and October. Xanterra operates the hotel, two dining facilities, and a retail shop. The year-round staff consists of approximately 90 employees during peak season. Our employees make countless personal connections and create everlasting memories for themselves and our guests.

We are currently hiring for year-round positions in the following departments:

LODGING:

• Hotel Front Desk Agent – $15.75/hr
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide high level service while ensuring smooth guest registration and check out process.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:

• Restaurant Servers – $12.80/hr + tips
  • Provide high level guest service while efficiently taking food orders and serving our valued dining room patrons.

ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE:

• Maintenance Associate – $15.05/hr
  • Perform general maintenance and make repairs associated with The Grand Hotel operations. Full time, year round opportunity with potential for growth!
