Are you enthusiastic about caring for guests’ comfort while creating memories that last a lifetime? The Grand Hotel is a 3-diamond hotel with 121 standard and deluxe guest rooms and is located in Tusayan, Arizona – only one mile from the south entrance of Grand Canyon National Park!

Our luxurious hotel offers an indoor heated swimming pool and spa and fitness center. The hotel is open year-round with a peak season between April and October. Xanterra operates the hotel, two dining facilities, and a retail shop. The year-round staff consists of approximately 90 employees during peak season. Our employees make countless personal connections and create everlasting memories for themselves and our guests.

We are currently hiring for year-round positions in the following departments:

LODGING:

• Housekeeping – $14.45/hr
  • Cleans guest rooms and suites to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service. Reports maintenance deficiencies, handles guests’ requests and ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms and suites.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:

• Kitchen Steward – Pay varies with experience
  • Assist distributors with deliveries and ensure product is acceptable and matches invoice, properly puts all orders away under the direction of the purchasing supervisor. Will also assist with deep cleaning and entering orders.

RETAIL:

• Retail Associate – $13.40/hr
  • Provides superior customer service while assisting guests with all retail purchases with the gift shop.

• Schedule: Varies – 30-40 hours per week
