The Opportunity

Your role as the Inventory Coordinator will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Delivery Centre (DC) inventory through effective maintenance of warehouse systems & execution of processes, in support of an accurate financial position and improved profitability. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure site inventory integrity by maintaining & executing consistent inventory management processes, ensuring all activities meet compliance and legislative requirements
• Execute effective cyclical counts and bi-annual stocktakes including, planning and preparation of warehouse floor and inventory for counting, cycle counts to complete in accordance with schedule resolving any discrepancies
• Investigate physical and systematic inventory discrepancies in an accurate and timely manner
• Identify and investigate stock and invoicing issues, including processing errors, and ensure prompt and effective resolution

A requirement of this role is flexibility to work weekends

• Operational warehouse experience, stock management, and stocktaking processes
• Resilient and adaptable
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• MHE licensing advantageous
